M.A. Junior College Lala provides these facilities
There will be an occasional meeting of the guardians with the principal and the teachers. Guardians should attend such meetings to express their opinions on academic and other developmental matters of their wards. For Monitoring Academic Progress, the Principal and the teachers of the college will meet the students on convenient dates during the academic session to make first hand assessment of academic progress or any problems related to teaching and learning. There should be an addional classes is done for those students who are not able to understand the topics at the first glance. For every class a different date is set up for metting with the parents.
IDENTITY CARD: All students of the college shall have to wear the identity card compulsorily during college hours on the college premises, failing of which action will be taken. Students are advised to collect the I-Card from the admission committee.
COLLEGE EXAMINATION: All students will have to appear for the Unit Tests as per the schedule notified by the Controller of Examinations.
STUDENTS’ COLLEGE ENTRY AND VEHICLE STAND: Students should enter the college only through the gate of the administrative building and they park their vehicles at the back side of the college.
SUGGESTION BOX: A suggestion box is placed near the office of the principal. The students should use this for giving positive suggestions & avoid personalized comments/remarks.
FEEDBACK MECHANISM: The college believes that there is always scope for improvement. It therefore seeks significant parent and student involvement through a feedback mechanism. Students’ & parents’ co-operation in this regard is essential. For details contact college coordinators of IQAC.

COLLEGE MAGAZINE: College magazine “BARAK BHOOMI” will be published from this academic session. This gives an opportunity for self-expression to the students in English, Hindi and Bengali.
GOLD MEDAL FOR STREAM TOPPER: A Gold medal is awarded to the top rank holder in each stream of college obtaining 85% & above marks in H.S final year Examination.
CANTEEN: College has spacious canteen facility in its southern campus. A variety of food items are available of good quality. canteen is open from 9.00 AM to 4.30 PM on all working days.
SCHOLARSHIP: The office of the principal processed various Scholarship instituted by state/ central government for students belonging to minority community/ scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
HOSTEL & ACCOMODATION: Separate Hostels & Accommodations facility for both Boys and Girls are available (T&C Apply).
PROVISION FOR PRACTICAL CLASSES: The necessary accommodations of modern best practical instrument have been provided by the college authority in a well arranged practical Laboratory within both the campuses of the college.
CCTV SURVEILANCE: To govern the college in an effective way and to monitor students’ activities, college authority has brought both the campuses under CCTV Surveillance. Cameras have been installed at strategic locations and in all the classrooms, labs and offices to keep close watch on the campuses and the surroundings.
REMEDIAL COACHING FOR BACKWARD CLASS STUDENTS: In today’s competitive world, performance in examinations plays a very crucial role in students’ progress later in life. Every faculty member conducts remedial classes with a focus on achieving better results in examinations.
LIBRARY FACILITIES: The college shall emphasis to establish a well and modern library facility for its students including some very old books, recent editions on subject as diverse as BIOLOGY, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS, ENGLISH, POLITICAL SCIENCE, HISTORY, PERSIAN, ECONOMICS and many journals and magazines etc.
